Experimental Targeted Observing Guidance in Support of TCS-08 and T-PARC

Introduction
This website contains experimental adaptive sampling (or targeting) guidance,
aimed at reducing the wind error variance in numerical forecasts of tropical
weather within the red rectangular region. The 'warmer' areas in the Ensemble
Transform Kalman Filter (ETKF) guidance are recommended as best for sampling.
